Feeder Problem

My prior HP Deskjet latested 10 years. This one, the feeder broke after a week of light use.

Basic setup is easy and quick. Advanced setup. Took over an hour to download updates and other software for it using broadband connection. No offline image editing software included.

WORST PRINTER EVER

The number of problems with this printer are endless. If you buy this product it will be nothing but suffering from the day you install it to the day you throw it out. Firstly, I had to install numerous times, why? who knows-the beauty of HP!

DO NOT BUY!!! REPEAT! DO NOT BUY!!!

Newegg should have caught on to this. I am dissapinted. They are usually on the ball. If several customers are having the same problems with these, they should stop selling them. IDK looks like I am out $39 and still have no printer.

I should have read reviews; Mine has same problems as all others; Printhead malfunction; Got a quote to ship back for rma $27; Called new egg Said the'll send a prepaid ups box; Said will send another one out, no refund!
