HP deskjet 1050 printer
Have not had much reason to use, but am impressed with what I have produced so far. Great to find a printer whose ink does not cost an arm & a leg! Wish they had told me I required the USB cable - I would have ordered it at the same time.

HP Deskjet 1050
We saw a really inexpensive printer when we looked at the HP Deskjet 1000 , an inkjet for ￡30. And here's another, the Deskjet 1050 all-in-one for ￡29.99. Can you really get a workable printer/scanner combo for this kind of money?

HP Deskjet 1050A review Review
It's difficult to find much wrong with the 1050A considering its rock bottom price tag. We wouldn't recommend it for those who do a lot of printing, but for casual users its low price tag, combined with the decent print quality and affordable running costs, make it a safe bet.
Pros:
- Rock bottom price tag

- Sleek design
- Great graphics print quality
Cons:
- Text print quality could be better
- Single colour ink cartridge

"The printer that I bought for the price of an expensive dinner"
Before I start the review, I'd like to say that I simply love this printer as I got it for just 9 pounds as it was on discount on a bookshop in Hong Kong. I am so happy. Ok so here is my review: advantages quality of pictures are extremely acceptable for a normal home user printing speed is fast...

- Continues printing when there is no ink

GOOD PRODUCT
THE PRODUCT IS OVERALL GOOD ,BUT THE QUALITY OF PRINTS WAY TOO BAD. THE COST ODF THE CARTRIDGE IS TOO HIGH AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR COMMON PEOPLE TO BUY THE CARTRIDGE.BUT OVERALL ITS HANDY AND CAN BE USED IN TIMES OF NEED

A necessity
I really enjoy this product. I copy everything. And print out alot of receipes,etc. Also for scanning items to send to my friends. It was heaven sent for me.

Cheap printer, does the trick
printer is fine for my use, but I'm annoyed it wasn't shipped with a USB cable since it shoes one in the picture…

The best thing about this printer is undeniable that it is cheap. Bought it for a femhundring at Clas Ohlson. It prints perfectly fine in both color and black and white, although I only tried to make a couple of copies so far.

Had it six months, went to use the scanner for the 1st time, no sign of it, looked in all my programmes, can't take it back as I can't find the bill.
