Works fantastic! Beware using the optional "pay to have an installer come". The company that came didn't get it done right and then they actually messed up our other computers. Had to spend $135 to get another tech company to fix it all.

Originally we shopped for a rebuilt 36" machine and my regular guy said to go new HP instead. The cost isn't much more than a decent refurb but it's new, latest electronics and drivers, support is first-rate. Why mess around with rebuilt And the sheet-feeder is a great feature.

Affordable; Lightweight

Do to a motherboard failure in a older generation plotter and after researching new ones. This plotter was a great choice for a small businesses owner or even a larger corporation. Connectivity was a very easy setup and instructions were also simple to understand.

It is working and performing well with PDFs although I may need some technical help with to getting the correct aspect ratio for my CAD applications

I really dig the ability to print letter pages and the occasional poster. Helps keep the print heads active since I don't make posters everyday. Convenient replacement, as well, since both my printers seemed to be having print head issues that I could not resolve.
