It took 2 weeks for our IT department to get it connected (not because of their issue, but because of issues with the printer) and then the printer was on the fritz for 2 more weeks, until finally...

Very easy to setup. I connected it to the network switch/router using an ethernet cable. On MAC OS X Snow Leopard, just add it as an lpd printer and check the duplex option. Wireless printing also works. I can print from my mobile devices using direct print. Color images come out great.

If you don't care what color your prints are, this is a solid buy.

Slow, lag between print pages, and as soon as the warranty expired, it's giving a fatal error. It lasted just over a year, now it shuts off and restarts every 5 minutes, all day, every day. Don't waste your money on HP- and the icing on the cake They don't care at all...

This model has been a welcomed relief for groups of users needing to print wirelessly. Devices where easy to use for both the beginners to the most experienced in the group regardless of the make/OS being connect from.

Great little printer. I liked this so much I purchased a second one for my wife.

Awesome print quality as expected with HP. I upgraded from an old CP2025 color laser. This one is quieter and processes print jobs faster. Paying a few bucks extra for wireless networking totally worth it. Only negative is the price of color cartridges. Still as pricey as ever.

Great printer. I only use HP and Canon and for a great price this printer does wonders! Very great quality, compatibility with no name ink brands, glossy finish. I've had it for 2 years and it works perfect until now.

I am very impressed with the print quality of this printer. However I have had several problems with the printer. The driver has needed to be replaced quite a few times since I purchased it less than 6 months ago. This printer uses a ton of ink and the cartridges are very expensive.

This is my first quality printer and a different league to any previous printer I've had. This printer oozes quality, it is well made with an aesthetically pleasing design. It's suitable for a home office / students. Set up took less than 10 mins and that included getting it out of the box.
