I absolutely hate this printer. I have had it now for about 3 years and for 1-1/2 of thos years it jams up on almose every print. Now it does not print at all. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY HP PRINTER LIKE IT. I have had the same problem with every HP printer our company has purchased in the last 5 years.

" Printer drivers do not work properly "

Printer drivers did not work properly, We spent 3 days with an IT tech to get it working through HP support. IT tech was HP certified. Then later the printer would not wake up and had to have a software update installed.

Accurate Colors; Efficient; Fast; Sharp Detail

We bought this to replace an old network printer in our office and also get the benefit of A3 printing. First three days main board failed. Replacement board received next day OK but now it drops into sleep mode and won't wake up for anything.

Excellent Workhorse

This is a large heavy printer. It's the correct size for the application 11x17 printers should be big. Just keep in mind you'll need a good place to set this thing up.

We purchased this printer over a year ago; We're an engineering and construction firm that produces allot of documents; This printer is by far the cheapest to operate, fastest, and most trouble free printer we have!

No air print; not really a huge deal I just love printing from my phone because of the novelty more than anything
