Good little laptop dont seem to be able to get the bluetooth feature to work but tbh I'm not very technical so could be something I'm doing wrong wasnt happy it being sent via royal mail tho something valuable like this would b safer thru carrier

I Thought this would be a good laptop but is rather slow a loading and Is playing up when I turn it on I'm not sure what's going on with it how ever I'm thinking I shall return it if it's doing this within two months of buying

Small hard drive space, I didn't read the full spec tbh. Excellent product though fast for me and I work all day on my laptop.

through no fault of our own the product arrvied by what HP have called Dead On Arrival. The boot up time was way to slow to be usable. HP were helpful in diagnosing the fault. Only issue i have is I had the product posted to us so i wouldnt need to drive to town.

I love the design of the laptop and 500 gb of space was more then enough for me but this laptop was just so slow out of box.i had to wipe it clean and reinstall windows 10,works fine now but battery dies a little to fast for my liking and it's still slow.I know this is a budget laptop but at 300...
