I put this card into my old studio XPS Dell i7 920. PSU 430w and 12g of DDR3. The difference is phenomenal and is why I decided to write this review. I was using a Sapphire HD6850 1G DDR5 graphics card (127w). First thing is the temp.

is simply great... finally i can play whatever game at 60 fps but depends of the game to low or high the graphics... for an example im playing shadow of the tomb rider at 40-60fps in some parts of the game in high graphics but i could play at 60 fps in low graphics but i dont think is whorth in this...

Easy to install. GPU's are expensive these days for various reasons. This card will cope with most demands. It looks good and is relatively quiet. Gigabyte have been very reliable in my experience.

Using only for 4k HTPC over HDMI 2, no gaming. Semi-fanless works - can watch video without noise. Doens't have external power so powered entirely through PCI-E - this works well with my low end PSU.

I bought this to downgrade from a gtx1080. First of all it makes games look like PS3 quality. Second it keeps crashing my computer randomly.

Needed a mid-range card for an older system that still works well. Filled the bill perfectly. Great help from Salesperson! Worked on installation with no issues. No Cons so far! (Not expecting any)

This card was a gift to a friend overseas. The 1050 is by all means not the best card but it is a step up from the GT 1030. This card is targeted to be budget friendly and leaves room for upgrade later on.
