The Graphics card works well and is very well suited to my needs on my backup computer in my home office. It was easy to install and runs silently. I am happy.
Grabbed this to add DVI/HDMI to a Dell Optiplex 745 slim (VGA out only). Requirements were that it have HDMI/DVI connections, fit in that tiny case and not draw more power than the stock PSU can supply. This card works on all those fronts. No gaming but more than enough for an office workstation.
It's cheap enough and fits in small form factor cases
