Good game it is split screen which helps can be more enjoyable. It has good story horde mode had a good level up system which makes you keep playing to get better stats for your character.

A right rollicking blast from the past brought bang up to date with a splendid, full 1080p makeover. Its campaign has a ton of macho meat to sink your teeth into, and once you're done, the multiplayer aspect provides plenty of long-term appeal.

Briliant game definately worth picking up if you are new to the Gears of War series or an experienced player.

Gears of War 4 is more Gears of War. The gameplay remains largely intact from the previous entries and this is as much of a good thing as it is a bad thing. If you liked Gears' gameplay before you'll love it now, if it didn't resonate before than it'll certainly fall flat again.

The story campaign can be a little bland, at least when playing on your own, but otherwise this does a fine job of bringing Gears into the current gen.

The game is actually pretty fun. There are a lot of kneejerk reactions to this game where people are saying it's awful or they claim to be a fan of the series and that's all just trying to paint the narrative that they actually were a fan.

, and the nostalgia was there, I couldn't help but feel that there wasn't anything new or special about this particular multiplayer, especially since it's a newer Gears titles. But, that being said, I am really looking forward to seeing how the story plays out once

What makes Gears of War 4 so riotously entertaining is that it knows its limits. It doesn’t have any high falutin’ ambitions towards added emotional nuance or drastically altered gameplay. While that gore-soaked philosophy does show its age at times and won't be for everyone, I didn't care too much for these subtleties when knee deep in a cesspit of Swarm and jacked full of adrenaline. This is the logic of Die Hard, The Raid and pretty much any action blockbuster you can care to think of, and developers The Coalition do a great job of bringing it to Xbox once more. If GoW4 is a game for idiots, then I guess I’m one of them.
