When the Locust emerged from the ground on November 12th, 2006 to ravage the surface of the planet Sera, so too did Gears of War emerge as a mega franchise for the Xbox 360. Less than two years later, we're already being treated to a sequel.

gears of war 2 is a fantastic third person shooter.

This sequel is absloutely amazing. The game features one of the best story lines in the video games history. Unlike Gears of War 1, this sequel has a much longer campaign. The gamepaly is totally addicting. Great combat and shooting like no other video game.
