Sound: hate marcus voice everything else is good multiplayer: horde was a saving grace for me in multiplayer. in the original the multiplayer felt more balanced, shotgun killed who it was suppose to kill, you didnt have freaking smoke grenades! and there just was a sense of originallity to the maps.

This game is meant to be played through with a friend. I got so much satisfaction completing the storyline together. The graphics are great and the game itself is quite fun. The cover system works most of the time but there were times I couldn't get the character to stick to a specific wall.

The original Gears of War profiled itself as an epic action game that unraveled itself much like the well known blockbuster movies that end up in theatres every summer. Plenty of action, big explosions and enough comic relief are injected into the experience to cover up the lack of true story.

Only shooter game I have enjoyed. It is easy to learn the controls, less violent and frustrating than games like Call of Duty. Great story, graphics are phenomenal and just all around awesome!

I was a very big fan of Epic's Gears of War, but even I can say that it had quite a few things wrong with it. The biggest of these problems was the storyline, it was not conveyed very well, and left the gamer more confused than anything.

If you like action, if you like shooter, then this game is for you. Brilliant graphics, and a very interesting story behind it. I think you love it, or you hate it.
