Garmin Vivosport Review

The new Garmin Vivosport can be considered a follow up to one of our favourite GPS-equipped fitness trackers in recent years, the Garmin Vivosmart HR+ . It now has a slightly more fun design, alongside a new colour touchscreen display.

Comfortable design; Accurate GPS and HRM; VO2 Max estimations; Good battery life

Rep counting is still tacked on; Washed out display; Slightly buggy automatic exercise tracking

:

GPS; Constant heart-rate monitoring; Comfortable

Small; fiddly screen; No swim tracking; No support for external sensors

Piece of crap - strap broke and cannot be replaced. Yes - if you buy this device the moment the plastic strap breaks it will be useless to you! If you happen to be reading this review I'd recommend buying anything else that has a clearly replaceable strap/band instead.

Garmin Vivosport

The Garmin Vivosport costs a little more than other sports band-style fitness trackers, but makes up for it in features and functionality.

Comfortable; Easy to operate; Great automated activity-tracking options; Customizable; Supports push notifications

A little expensive for a sports band; No swim tracking

Not fit for purpose

I bought this because it seemed to offer the best variety of options. GPS, fitness tracking, stress monitoring etc.. it is easy enough to figure out, set up and the app is good however, the screen was not very responsive to starting specific activities and you have to keep pressing until it starts...

Garmin Vivosport Slate S/M 010-01789-10 review

It might not be brand new, but this capable fitness tracker can integrate into your daily life and record your exercise routines too. Not much is missing for the relatively low asking price, which'll make it well worthy of consideration for those not seeking a chunkier watch-like device.

Small and unobtrusive design; Decent battery life; Well rounded tracking; Can act as heart-rate monitor for other Garmin devices - such as Edge cycling computer

GPS acquisition can sometimes be slow; No swim tracking support; Screen a little fiddly at times; Bespoke charging cable

great

It's light and I can weir it during the day. But I don't think the battery can maintain for 7 days, only 50% battery left after 2 days, and only 30 min gps was used.

Garmin vivosport GPS Watch

This is a review of the site description not the product itself. I did not know there were 2 sizes: small/med and large. There's no where to specify what size you'd like to order. There's no choice. If you're going to offer just one size (I received a large) please say so in the description.

Really happy with it

Awesome product, exactly what i've expected. couple things to mention-stair count is a bit off in my eyes, perhaps manufacturer should review it. Also the clasp and strap retainer seems to irritate my skin from time to time, but ot's Not constant and happens randomly.
