Fujifilm X-T2 review: The definition of a great camera

5.0
Verdict: The Fujifilm X-T1 was a high watermark for mirrorless camera design and has remained among my favourite cameras since its launch in 2014. Its video capture wasn't up to much and rival cameras were faster, but sublime ergonomics meant taking photos was an absolute pleasure and inspecting the...
Pros: Best-in-class ergonomics, Outstanding image quality, Capable 4K video mode
Cons: Burst and video autofocus could be better, A little slow in normal use

Fujifilm X-T2 Mirrorless Camera Review

Verdict: The X-T2 is Fujifilm's second mirrorless camera with the new "X-Trans CMOS III" sensor, first seen in the company's top-of-the-line X-Pro2 model. The X-T2 offers 24 megapixels of resolution and is Fujifilm's first X-series camera that is able to record video in 4K resolution.

Review: Fujifilm X-T2 - worth ditching your DSLR for!

4.2
Verdict: Fuji sent a warning to the DSLR market with the release of the X-T1 back in 2014, and the X-T2 is here to stamp its mark on the professional photography market and dish out some more killer blows to DSLRs.

Fuji X-T2 Review

No reviews
Verdict: The X-T2 is a fraction the price, size and weight of a Canon 5DS R or Nikon D810 , and it's a very serious camera. Get one, I did! It's so much better than any of my digital LEICAs. The Fuji X100T is functionally the same thing with a fixed lens.

FujiFilm X-T2

4.0
Verdict: This is the second of three cameras from FujiFilm; this is an interchangeable lens camera that made a short visit to me courtesy of a Christmas In July event. Even after nearly two weeks of use I am still barely out of using Auto mode although it has accompanied me on a range of visits while out and...

Fujifilm X-T2

5.0
Verdict: The Fuji X-T2 is a professional powerhouse of the mirrorless world, with enough external controls to please any retro-fanatic. It offers top-notch weather sealing, and the autofocus engine has also been heavily amped from the original X-T1, bringing its C-AF chops more in line with its modern DSLR...
Pros: Excellent image quality from both JPEGs and RAW files; Superb high ISO performance; Very fast hybrid AF; Robust weather sealing; Dual UHS-II card slots; 4K video
Cons: Precise manual focus is tricky with fly-by-wire focusing; Battery life is only decent; Video quality still not on par with competing cameras

Fujifilm X-T2 + 10-24/4

Fujifilm X-T2 + 10-24/4

4.3
Verdict: Previous experience might have led you to expect the X-T2 to be a DSLR-shaped variant of the X-Pro2. This hasn't proved to be the case, with Fujifilm pulling out all the stops to address the system's two significant weak points: autofocus and video.
Pros: Excellent image quality in both Raw and JPEG, Superb JPEG color options, Direct controls give engaging shooting experience, Reassuringly solid build quality, AF point joystick speed up operation, Greatly improved autofocus, especially in terms of tracking, Dual hinged rear screen suits both stills...
Cons: JPEG noise reduction can sometimes over-smooth skin detail at very high ISO, Camera's full AF capability only available with a subset of lenses, Subject tracking, while good, is not dependable enough for professional use, AF performance drops significantly in low light, Phase detection region is...

Fujifilm X-T2 Review @ Photoxels

Verdict: When the X-T1 first came out, we were not too sure whether it was the flagship camera or just the DSLR-styled version of the X-Pro1. Now, it is clear that, with the unexpected enthusiast reception that the X-T1 received from the photographer community, Fujifilm now intends to have two flagship...

Fujifilm X-T2

4.4
Verdict: Announced on 7 July, Fujifilm's X-T2 interchangeable-lens mirrorless camera follows in the steps of the X-T1 but brings higher resolution, improved autofocusing and superior movie recording capabilities to a camera with an SLR-like body design.

Fujifilm X-T2

4.5
Verdict: The Fujifilm X-T1 made many SLR owners take note of mirrorless systems as serious options for demanding photographic subjects, including fast-moving action. Its successor, the X-T2 ($1,599, body only), is an even better camera.
Pros: 24MP APS-C X-Trans III image sensor. 8fps shooting rate with focus tracking. Optional grip improves speed to 11fps. Large, crisp EVF. Dual-hinged tilting rear display. Superb handling. Two UHS-II SD slots. Numerous film emulation options. Dust and moisture resistant. 4K video capture. Wi-Fi
Cons: Omits touch screen and in-body stabilization. Raw buffer could be larger. No in-camera flash. 4K footage suffers from rolling shutter effect

Fujifilm X-T2

4.5
Verdict: The X-T2 is Fujifilm's second top-end compact system camera, designed to sit alongside the X-Pro2. It features a 24.3-megapixel X-Trans CMOS sensor, which is APS-C size. Like other X-Trans CMOS sensors, it doesn't have an anti-aliasing filter in front of it, making it well equipped to deal with...
Pros: X-Trans CMOS sensor, Great tracking performance, Useful electronic viewfinder, Capable of 4K video shooting
Cons: No touchscreen, Requires battery grip for top performance, No in-body image stabilisation

Fujifilm XT2 review

4.5
Verdict: The Fujifilm XT2 is a high-end mirrorless camera that represents a significant upgrade over its best-selling predecessor and raises the bar on what we can expect from the X-series. As expected, it inherits many of the upgrades recently deployed on the X-Pro2 including the latest 24 Megapixel X-Trans...
Pros: Superb image quality out-of-camera – best in class, Good quality 4k video with mild crop and good AF, Very competent autofocus and tracking (with fast XF lenses), Large viewfinder and screen that tilts vertically and sideways, Great controls, ergonomics and build quality.
Cons: Lack of touchscreen limits ease of pulling focus in movies, No built-in stabilisation (but it may be impossible with X-bodies), AE bracketing limited to three frames, Auto ISO unaware of lens focal length for minimum shutter speed, F-Log only available on HDMI output, not for internal recording,...

FujiFilm X-T2 Review: First Impressions

Verdict: The Fujifilm X-T2 comes packaged with an optional XF 18-55mm lens with an aperture of f/2.8-4. While it will cost another $300, it's completely compatible with this camera and will expand the zooming range efficiently.

Fujifilm X-T2 review: A new benchmark for the mirrorless market

5.0
Verdict: It took us about three minutes to fall in love with the Fujifilm X-T1 . So when we were first shown the Fujifilm X-T2 back in July it only took us about three seconds. In many ways the X-T2 is the most advanced compact system camera offering we've seen, its goal firmly set on being the best...
Pros: Comprehensive continuous autofocus system not seen by other CSCs to date, great electric viewfinder, optional grip enhances performance considerably, tweaked design with larger dials but retaining retro appeal
Cons: Still no touchscreen, 3-directional LCD screen switch is fussy, toggles around dials are too small, need grip for many higher-end features, no price just yet, could do with some more detailed single autofocus options

Fujifilm X-T2 review: for the love of photography

No reviews
Verdict: Fujifilm's X-T2 is the perfect mirrorless camera for photo geeks. It seems like that's true of every camera that Fujifilm releases, but the X-T2 is a refined sequel to the X-T1 that improves on its predecessor in the ways that matter most: resolution, autofocus, and ease of use.

Fujifilm X-T2 Review

5.0
Verdict: Ever since Fujifilm announced their first model in the X-series in 2011, the camera system has been evolving at quite a pace. Good Product, Overstock Bad Custom Service!

5.0
Verdict: The product is international version, NOT FOR SALE IN U.S !!! And may not covered by the manufacture warranty!!! And the box I received was also damaged somehow, but good thing is that the camera is good. Called the customer, no solution provided, and they even suggest me to buy a warranty?!!!!

A worthy upgrade.

5.0
Verdict: I've been using the Fuji X-System since conception and was a little reluctant to upgrade my X-T1 to the X-T2. After a few months of pondering over whether to invest in a GFX or not, I decided to get two X-T2s. Coupled with XF100-400, XF16-55 and XF10-24, these will be my year long travel kit.
Pros: Easy To Use, Excellent In Low Light, Good Sized Screen, Great Resolution, Rugged
Cons: Bad Battery Life

A significant upgrade from the XT1

4.0
Verdict: "Having shot many weddings with the XT1, I was excited about getting the XT2. I was lucky to walk into Henry's on the day of the XT2's release (when the store first opened) and purchase the only one they had in stock that wasn't slotted for a pre-order.

Fantastic camera

5.0
Verdict: This is a wonderful camera. I used its predecessor the XT-1 for two years before I broke my own rule never to fix something if it isn't broken. The XT-1 was a replacement for Nikons and I was looking for something much lighter to lug around.

Organic "Film-Like" Qualities in a Digital Camera

5.0
Verdict: I'm a pro-level shooter who has moved away from very capable but HUGE Nikon DSLR systems. At first, I jumped into a Mirrorless Sony A7riii - but returned it because the colors were wonky, gargantuan uncompressed RAW was the only file option (about 80MB+ each), and the images looked way too digital...

Verdict: Camera is excellent. The other stuff that came in the package were ok. Most were not very useful. The external flash that came with it, didn't fit.The hotshoe was too big so I had to file it down for it to fit the camera. It was also just a regular flash and not a TTL flash.
