The X-Pro1 is unbelievable.
Awesome camera! Unbelievable low light (hi ISO) performance. Image quality is great with the XF 35mm F1.4. The autofocus is a let down for me, coming from a Nikon D300.

A camera that gets you back to photography
I read about the X-Pro1 late 2011 after lusting over the X100. The X100 had everything going for it except a "fixed" (non-zoom) lens. Enter the X-Pro1. In the past, Fuji took Nikon bodys and created their own quasi dslr.
Pros:
- Amazing detail and low light capabilities
- Lots of control
Cons:
- Battery Cover obstructed if using tripod mount
- No lighting fast auto-focus

Just Right
This device easier to grasp the camera and easier to get those shots I want. There is less tendency to accidently thumb the buttons on the right side of the camera.
Pros:
- It fits and does the job
Cons:
- Unfortunately one has to take the grip off the get to the battery
- I sue the Joby camera sling and it sit almost on the attachment screw of the grip

Full frame quality in a small camera!
I have been shooting for over 25 years and have been using digital SLR cameras for 10 years. I have owned more cameras from Canon and Nikon than I can remember. Including full frame DSLR's.
Pros:
- Photo quality
- build qaulity

Unique camera with analog controls and stunning image quality!
This camera got early raves for image quality, handling, the flexibility of real analog controls like aperture dial, shutter speed and exposure compensation, yet the original version of the firmware provided less than stellar AF/MF performance.

Fujifilm X-Pro1 16.3MP Digital Camera Body with 32GB Bundle
Overstock quickly shipped this camera to me after an order verification which is totally understandable! This camera did not come with a lens, however, I am using it with old lenses I've collected in the past such as m42's and M mount lenses.

Dissapointed
This hand grip is well build but too small for large hands. Probably perfect if you have small hands. But I found the small grip part not a noticeable improvement. Plus a major design flaw is that it has to be removed to access the battery and media card compartment.

a brilliant camera - the closest thing to film I've had
Its a great camera matched with a brilliant lens, I've only got the 35mm so far. Razor sharp and with incredible low noise. When you combine this with photoshop CS5 noise reduction (one of the best features of CS5) you can go very low light and get a fantastic image.
Pros:
- Build quality
Cons:
- Battery life

An excellent product!
The Fujifilm X-Pro is an excellent camera offering the enthusiast a sophisticated, high quality alternative to a DSLR. The camera bundled with the f2.0 18mm and f2.8 27mm prime lenses is especially good value. The images are superb and compare favourably to my full-frame Nikon.
