can't afford a leica?
can't afford a leica? this is probably the next best thing to the leica m-9. I dont own the x-100 but thanks to a friend i've had the opportunity of spending some time with it. for the price it's a good buy.

Great general photography camera, but...
not for those who want just a point-and-shoot. The reason I'm saying this is that this camera -along with the Fujifilm X-Pro1 / X-E1- is on par with the greatest full-frame DSLRs out there (for instance Canon EOS 5DMkIII / 6D...), if we talk about picture quality. The UI however, is quite complex.

Very simple to use, high speed focus and response time. Great pictures. Really appreciate this camera.

The best non DSLR Ive ever used.
In fact better than many DSLRs Ive used too.I dont know where to begin praising this camera, so Ill start with the one negative, which applies to all non-DSLRs, and many no pro spec ones at that - the focus speed is a bit slow, but faster than others ie Canon M, Nikon 1, Pens. The 23mm fixed lens is

- Durable
- Fast Aperture
- Great Features
- Great Picture Quality

Fuji for my images
I have been doing casual photography for a long time now and I have a lot of interest in cameras which deliver quality images even in the least favorable of condition. Out of the different choices available out there, Fuji does the job in the best possible way.
Pros:
- Easy To Use
- Good Image Quality
- Good Image Stabilization
- Good in Low Light
- Great Zoom
- Small / Compact

GREAT CAMERA WITH RETRO LOOK
Great photo quality at high ISOS, a clever hybrid viewfinder, and a cool, beautiful retro design, leaf shutter mechanism for quiet operation, astonishing performance and high-quality construction, image quality out of camera jpeg second to none, manual controls beat menu based systems hands down.

Perfect for street photography
I own this cameras predecessor the X100. Both cameras have been designed with that retro look and feel and have a fixed lens. It's designed for those who like to move dials rather than press buttons, it's a very manual experience perfect for those who like to be into control.

Fujifilm X100S review
A stunning design and jaw-dropping image quality – worth the high price

This little camera is an absolute gem. The Fuji X100s has the appearance of an old rangefinder style camera but has an aps-c size sensor that you would usually find in a DSLR. The top and bottom plates are metal and all of the controls just feel right.
