good product, excellent support, bad documentation

Excellent performance, high quality output. However, setting up and using the printer is almost impossible using the inadequate supplied documentation. Even the CD-ROM doesn't have decent instructions. Fortunately Xerox offers excellent tech support.

Xerox still makes the best products in this class of laser printer. My N4525 printer lasted 14 years with several hundred thousand impressions. My phaser 5500 is 6 years old and working great. Expect the phaser 5550 to work great for years to come.
