Front Mission Evolved Review

Front Mission Evolved does offer some doses of fun, but the campaign is far too short with a story that is patchy at best. More entertainment can be found online, but even at the relatively close proximity to launch, the community is worryingly small.

Back to the Future: Get Tannen!

Back To The Future: The Game is one you will be playing for the story rather than any true satisfaction in the gameplay, which in adventure games comes from working out a puzzle that had you stumped. There are a few of these moments in Get Tannen! but not anywhere near enough.

Giant robot games seem to have a lot of trouble finding an audience. Either they are too complicated (like Steel Battalion) to have a mass appeal, or they are just average games, which leaves them passed over for better action games.

Front Mission Evolved

In part, the problem's with the title. The Front Mission name has always been synonymous with the Japanese tactical RPG: a futuristic robot version of chess, all giant bipedal tanks blowing the limbs from one another with ponderous missile attacks planned in between sips of tea and head-scratching.
