Our old F&P washer died after 10 years of use have only had this one for a few days, so far it is working very well. Unfortunately the first machine delivered had sticking water inlet solinoids so water would fail. Harvey Norman were great coming out the same day to replace it. No hastle.

I bought a new Fisher & Paykel 7kg capacity top loader washing machine to replace my old one, which broke down after many years of faithful service, I never had a single problem with it, so I wanted the same. I'm very happy with the new one. It looks smaller, but does have the same load weight.

I've had this model for probably over 150 washes and it certainly has many benefits. * Very easy to use - even for me, the 'Mr Mum' of the house ;-0 I just press a couple of buttons and away it goes.

I bought this machine 2 and a quarter years ago. Used it about once a week, no problems. I recently had my first child, so using it daily and it has stopped working after two months after the warranty ran out! Won't complete a cycle, needs to be reset and costing more in water and electricity!

The product , after several washes is great. However I found there was a lack of communication between Smith City and myself regarding the delivery date of the washing machine . This created difficulties. It took a firmly worded phone call from my son, before a definite time and date was actioned.
