Skyrim is a big step up from Bethesda's last game, oblivion. the graphics are a lot better and the characters look amazing. the game has many good factions that can all be joined except for the war. only storm-cloaks or empire.

The legendary edition of elder scrolls skyrim has 3 free DLC packs plus a difference in script, as there's more variety in what a NPC says. Two disks one for installation of the files and the DLC. The other is the game itself.

i bought this for my 34 year old husband, it's fantastic!! once he puts it on i don't hear a peep outta him for several hours (you know what that means ladies .... peace at last!!!) every wife should buy her husband this game, i can actually feel the greys stop growing!

As part of my Xbox bundle, a downloadable version of Skyrim was included. I had never played any of the Elder Scrolls games previously and the whole thing didn't really appeal to me at first. After getting bored of the games I already had, I decided to give Skyrim a go and in a way I'm glad I did.

Pros: Excellent Graphics. Open world is huge and everything is so detailed. A much better gameplay experience than Oblivion. Beautiful soundtrack. Cons: Load times (ex. walking in and out of a house takes too long) Still no online play. Amount of quests can be overwhelming.

This game is immense ,from the customisation of your character ,the way you level up (your character and skills) to the sheer size of the map ,there are loads of animals that roam around the lush wilderness (to the left of where you meet the Greybeards there is a stunning river of jaw dropping...

When it comes to Role Playing Games (RPG), Bethesda Softworks delivers time and time again.  The Fallout series remains a heavy hitter for the publisher and the Elder Scrolls series of games has a loyal and passionate following.

It's easy to sit and point to the bugginess and cry foul, and in a lot of cases, that would be justified. But there is no denying the incredible depth Skyrim offers. There is just so much to see and do within this game; and you can easily bank on over a hundred hours of gameplay - several hundred...

I'm going to keep this succinct and to the point. Fans of the series will love this game, there's no doubt about that. The leveling system has been greatly improved upon, the graphics are superb and the story-line combines elements of old (dragons) with new twists (shouts).
