These speakers sound great for the size. The treble and base adjustments on the side of the right speaker is great. The included remote is nothing special, but is nice to have. Did a side by side comparison with a mini system with speakers twice the size and if anything these sounded better.
I got these speakers 1 year back and I was impressed with it on day 1. However, I wanted to listen for a while before I write the review. These speakers are really good for the money you spend. The highs and mid range sounds really good. The bass/low sound is good at low or moderate volume.

Powerful audio performance with rich lows and bright, clear highs; Adjustable bass and treble; Can connect to PCs and mobile devices, as well as any gear with an RCA output
Can be pushed to distortion at absolute top volumes; No wireless capabilities
Nice speakers for desktop, maybe for tv also!!
Bought this speaker yesterday and absolutely love it. It sounds great and it's pretty slick! Great value for money.
For basic audio, cheap isn’t always bad—a pair of $25 computer speakers can provide decent playback. Take the Creative Pebble, our current top pick for budget speakers, which comes in at $20 and can stand toe to toe with some models twice its cost.
You can find low-cost speakers that perform well, but paying more generally results in a richer audio experience. Such is the case with these Edifier speakers.
Pleasing audio; Bass remains smooth at higher volumes; Physical knobs for bass and treble adjustments; Capable of loud volume;
Audio distortion at higher volumes; Default audio profile allows bass to overwhelm mids and highs;
