EVGA GeForce 6200 LE 512 MB DDR2 AGP 8X VGA/DVI-I/S-Video Graphics Card, 512-A8-N403-LR

4.5
Verdict: For the most part, Nvidia has abandoned the AGP video card market in favor of newer, faster technologies. However, this GeForce 6200 has half a gig of memory, but it's older DDR2 RAM which is substantially slower than what you'll find on modern video cards.

EVGA GeForce 6200 256MB DDR2

3.0
Verdict: Most people will buy this to replace an old pci or agp card that died. It's expensive for what it's worth, costing twice as much as it should. 256mb is somewhat overkill for a 6200 in my opinion, even 128, if there had been a 64mb version I'd bought that one for a even cheaper replacement.
Pros: Fanless, 2 year warranty
Cons: Expensive, PCI

Worked as it should on installation

4.0
Verdict: Not much to report. The card was installed and my monitor was back up and running. Drivers loaded without a problem and everythign is working just fine. It's only been about 4 days since I installed it but based on reviews I don't expect any problems to develop.

Geforce graphics

5.0
Verdict: Needed to upgrade my old Dell Dimension to get the best out of my windows 7 o/s. Only having an old PCI slot, it was perfect for enabling their aero effect graphics!

EVGA GeForce 6200 256MB DDR2

4.0
Verdict: I recently bought this card for my older WIN 7 desktop to replace the onboard video. It is a 64 bit card but works fine in my 32 bit WIN 7 system. I did have to download the Series 6 drivers from the Nvidia web site.

Does Not Work With Windows 7

5.0
Verdict: DO NOT BUY THIS CARD FOR A WINDOWS 7 COMPUTER
Pros: The TV-Out is nice for those that do not want to replace their old school projectors and tvs
Cons: This does not actually work in Windows 7! I test 4 of these cards with Windows 7 64-bit with both the Microsoft driver and the nVidea driver You'll get video on screen but a huge amount of lag.

Excellent card

2.0
Verdict: Good card for keeping the "beast": functioning as a web and office computer for at least a couple of more years. Or until I finally break down and build another tower.
Pros: Video quality--adds the needed boost to keep my 8 year old build still functioning since my agp slot burned out
Cons: None so far

Decent alternative to older video chipsets, easy installation, good enough!

4.0
Verdict: This is an older video card that can run Windows Vista and 7 well enough to replace older or incompatible mother board chipsets. The overall Windows Experience Index score will not be that high (2.3-2.4) but it is sufficient for typical computer use where a DirectX 9 or above is needed to run video...

very good

5.0
Verdict: My Dell computer (which I bought in 2003) began having issues. Specifically there were green lines all over the monitor which made it impossible to go online or use the computer for that matter.

EVGA GeForce 6200 256MB DDR2

5.0
Verdict: I have three of these cards in various computers that have AGP slots. Two are running at 8x and one at 4x. All work flawlessly. I'm not a gamer so I can't rate the card in that respect. Grab one now before the AGP cards totally disappear! You won't be disappointed.

Nice AGP 8x Card

5.0
Verdict: I just bought a 22" inch monitor with 1680 x 1050 native resolution and the old Geforce FX5200 card I had in my PC didn't do that resolution when connected to the DVI port. I put this card in my 5 year old Dell Dimension 4600. No PCI E slots in that computer so I needed a "hard to find" AGP 8x card.

Installed it easy and BIOS recognized it and Windows XP asked for driver: Choose ->Not this time->Search other location-> CD drive->insert the included CD -> That is it.
