i really enjoyed my ~58 hours with this game. its better than mass effect 2 (which i started soon after finishing DA and am currently playing) in all of the ways i can think of without trying too hard.

What could be better than a real-life Jurassic park? How about one where, instead of placidly viewing the prehistoric beasts with Dicky Attenborough, you go around killing all of the dinosaurs in a Jeep?
Whether it's science fiction or fantasy, Bioware have a tremendous skill of crafting memorable and rich universes and allows you, through your choices, to have an effect on them, be it a profound one or not.
The best part about the game is being able to pause the action. No matter what you disability is, this gives you a moment "out of time" get your act together. I can't wait for the next in the in the series.
Morrigan's sharp tongue and vain indifference made her one of Dragon Age: Origins ' most intriguing characters, so you might have been excited to learn of her return in that role-playing game's newest downloadable content, Witch Hunt.
Some of the environments look lovely; A cool boss fight
Morrigan's role is so tiny that it's practically unnecessary; Throwaway party members; Way too easy; Story lumbers toward an ending that illuminates nothing
The most epic console RPG this year. On their journey towards becoming a household name […]
+ Fantastic story; + Great cast of characters; + Superb voice acting; + Enjoyable/rewarding combat; + Origins and decisions that impact the story as a whole
Somewhat lackluster visuals; Some technical bugs; No isometric view on consoles; Occasionally clunky inventory system
Despite some massive problems I replayed this game a lot. I really like this game, but at the same time I know that this is more for the hardcore-RPG-fan. Newcomers might want to stay far away from this game or store it away for later because this game is amazingly complex.
The story is very interesting to follow and you meet many creative characters along the way.The story is full of great moments and plot twists and the sidequests are worth doing as well; Also be sure chat with your party every now and then
Sometimes the game was way too unpredictable and tiny conversation options could lead to party-members turning on me or losing a ton of friendship with a character
finishing Dragon age: Origins made me feel like I'v played a true RPG. I don't usually play RPGs, so when I decided to play this game I wasn't exactly feeling like a "veteran" of the genre. The game has a predictable "Lord of the rings" tale that has that "good VS evil" feel to it.
Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying the Darkspawn aren't a threat because they are (just saunter unprepared into an ambush of high-ranking ones for all the proof you need of that), but at least you know what you're getting with them - brutal, unreasoning aggression.
Great game. Im glad they fixed the combat system in #2
I love this game; Beat it several times; Character interaction with party members is great; Every choice you make is almost a different ending; Great achievments in it as Well
The combat system; Its broken; You cant click and hold A like your supposed to be; You'll auto walk in a random direction; Very annoying; And if you tap A instead of holding your character only dies 2 of every 3 attacks; The 3rd glitches
