A really good platform game made in nintendo. As good as Donkey kong Country returns. If you have a Wii U trust me and buy this game. This a must have like Super Mario 3D World and The Legend of zelda wind waker HD (if you didn't play the game on Gamecube the past generation).

I love Donkey Kong Country . I always have. Ever since the first game came out on the SNES in 1994, I have been a strong supporter of the series; I even loved Dixie Kong's Double Trouble , despite its toony aesthetic and childish main character.

A bunch of floating platforms are placed in front of you, taking one leap you land safely on the first before something in the environment is triggered, platforms are falling and you make a lucky jump to the platform ahead.

Pre-ordered with gift card incentive. Delivered on the following Monday (2 day) which was great. It was a pre-order but c'mon don't expect something to arrive same day it hits the shelf (do research)

The news that Retro Studios was working on Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze was something of a mixed blessing. On the one hand, this meant that they weren't currently working on reviving one of Nintendo's other dormant franchises ( Star Fox , I'm looking at you).

A truly fantastic arcade game that not only plays well (with a few 21st century tweaks) but looks amazing on this next-gen console.
