Awesome must buy. Many, many moons ago, I picked up the original Devil May Cry, spent 10 or so minutes on this and thought: its not bad, its fun, I like it. Oh how things have come along since then!!

Through the tears of frustration and joy, you'll find that Devil May Cry 4 is the premier action game so far in the HD generation.
While Devil May Cry may not be a franchise kept on my radar every minute of every day, whenever a new sequel comes out, my ears perk up and I remember how much fun I had sitting in front of my television for a solid week busting up bad guys and learning new techniques and abilities.
reviews start with some kind of commentary about how PlayStation owners cried bitter tears when one of their core 3rd party franchises became multiplatform. Now, uh, add another, I guess, because we just mentioned it too. Crap.

It's almost three years since the last Devil May Cry, with its self-consciously angsty Emo shapes. Despite its awful music and dialogue, we were happy to dish out 8/10 for what was one of the best hackandslash fighting systems around. It wasn't a big step up, but it didn't need to be.
How do you feel about console games on the PC I kinda like them: variety is the spice of life, and I think the PC needs arcade games to keep things fresh and interesting. I'd also rather sit in front of my monitor rather than my crap TV.
The series needed changing up a bit, unfortunately Nero wasn't the change we really needed. The game is fun from start to finish, the gameplay is solid and fun, graphics and sound are both of excellent quality, and the story is pretty good, 'nuff said.
I dont know about others but i found this game pretty much the same graphics wise and story wise to its previous versions. I found it quite boring and repitative :/
