I bought this machine a month ago, to use in the office, everyone can use it and very little instruction is needed, everyone loves it

99% out of a possible 100% its just for those who look cappuccinos, the -1% is for the $100hike for no reason

Have had this machine for a few months, bought it instead of a full espresso machine and regret that choice. Every single time I use the machine it tells me to empty the grounds, even when there is nothing in there. It won't work until I've removed the container long enough and reinserted it. The milk frother has be thoroughly cleaned after every use. Not easy with the design of it. If you try to skip a cleaning you'll notice a strange, strong metal taste to your coffee. I thought this machine would be less maintenance than a DIY espresso machine. I was wrong.

Unfortunately, this coffee machine does not meet the criteria nor the price for it is advertised at. You make a cup of coffee only to be able to drink it like warm water. No heat whatsoever, which does not satisfy a coffee lover. Will refund due to its lack of heat power and try a manual coffee maker where I can control the temperature.

I have had this machine for nearly two years now and absolutely love it, preset my own measures on my menu for my coffee, and have another setting for the missus. Makes great lattes and great espresso. Fully customisable and cleans itself and tells you when it needs maintenance. Takes the hassle out of making a coffee and does it for you. Would recommend!

Absolutely love this coffee machine. Saves us so much money and we wake up to beautiful coffee every morning at the touch of a button. This is our second Delonghi machine and we won’t buy anything else anymore.

Great machine, just found it hard to program your own coffee the way you like.
