Not a bad product. Only used it a few times, but at this time happy with the product

This toaster looks good but that's about it. For $200 you think your toaster would preform at a high level seeings its about 4 times the price. All you're are paying for is the looks, and I won't buy another DeLonghi Toaster again. Really whats the point. The elements in the toaster don't all light up, and it gives you an uneven cook.

Easy to keep clean with even toasting.

Started off very well after 3 months it is extremely disappointing. Item needs to be retuned for a credit.

Didn't realise until after purchase it doesn't have a crumpet function. It's actually a bagel function. Also lowest setting of 6 is quite brown.

Toaster came in a damaged box, power cord loose, obviously re boxed which is disappointing
