Darksiders

Darksiders is still a tale of when fantasy meets theology and it still has gaming tropes that feel like they're stripped straight from other games, but this time around the different gameplay ideas come together with great harmony to create a gaming experience that is not only superior to its...

Just as good as the 1st!

I'm a big fan of the apocolyptic story, while having revelation/biblical themes throughout the game. This series is a gold. If you are unsure of this game buy the original first(you can get it super cheap or even play the demo).

Story, tricky puzzles, fast paced combat, what more do you need! I was a huge fan of the original and this one has not disappointed; Death comes with his own personality, and is very humorous at times while being extremely deadly.

I've experienced just a few glitches, like a quest character disappearing, or death not wanting to grab the wall i'm running at every now and then; not enough to take an egg off, but just a few hiccups; Also no more souls to absorb and give to vulgrim, I enjoyed that about the last one.

Darksiders II (Xbox360)

He is known by many names and feared in many realms. His exploits are legendary and his actions have affected nothing less than the very fabric of time. His influence is far-reaching and inescapable. Now, however, he's on a new quest.

Darksiders 2 Review

It's a game designed to last, and one that any open-world-platform-action-adventure-shooty-puzzle-role-playing game fan should consider an essential play.

Darksiders 2 Review

In my review notes for Darksiders II I have an entry stating that "Death is a douche". It's by no means a slant on the game, or its main character, rather it's an apt description for a protagonist whose very ‘job' is handling death .

Darksiders 2 review: Epic, brutal, ambitious - but still comes up short

Darksiders 2 is a sweeping, brutal sequel with an incredible amount to sink your teeth into - but, like the first game, it spreads itself too thin.

Thousands of armour pieces and weapons to loot; A 30-hour story with a massive world to explore; Customisation and skill trees lend RPG-lite elements

Convoluted combat requires blind speed over finesse; Death moves at the speed of a Segway; Platforming's functional but unimaginative

First comes War; then comes Death. Appropriately enough, Darksiders II turns its eyes from its predecessor's protagonist to a new one: Death himself, War's brother and one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse.

Fluid; colorful action that evolves over time; Clever; progressively more challenging environmental puzzles; Allure of new; cool loot pushes you onward; Expansive adventure; with lots of dungeons to explore; Great audiovisual presentation sets the right apocalyptic tone

Performance issues and execution foibles; Disappointing bosses; especially the final boss

Its a very good game and its working very smoothly

Its a very good game and its working very smoothly. But the cover of the game looks very old, like its not new, it really looks like a second hand item. And CD has also some spots on it. I really dont think that its a new item but the game is running smoothly.

Different genre game and worth your money

This game is full of pure awesomeness. Got this game as a part of game bundle with my Xbox 360. Its different from the racing and sport games. Initially I thought that the game was boring but after few levels the game catches up and keeps you glued to the joystick.
