Although the product was returned to DJI the service we received from both Crutchfield and DJI was by far outstanding. We have no doubt our issue will be resolved and satisfaction met.

I have looked at other options as I have been using DJI drones since the Phantom 1 with the non intelligent battery options. I have to say once DJI went over to the intelligent battery option I have little to no worries when dealing with LiPo batteries.

Got mine about 2 weeks ago and it works perfectly... I was sceptical about the purchase from some of the comments but decided to take a chance... good thing I did because the price was right and it works as expected. I will definitely be purchasing another from here...

Received in very quick time from the handtec. This is a genuine DJI battery. Looks/performs exactly the same as the one I got with my phantom. Services provided by the handtec is outstanding. very reliable

I thoughts this was not working and had boxed it up to send back but trouble seemed to be in my house to car charger adapter. Worked great once plugged into car or the charger that came with phantom.
