D-Link Cloud Camera 2200 (DCS-2132L HD Wi-Fi Camera) Review
The $139 D-Link Cloud Camera 2200 is one of the more affordable networked plug-and-play home-security cameras. Besides HD video recording and night vision, however, it offers fewer features than more expensive cameras.
Pros:
- Affordable
- Intuitive mobile app
- Night vision
Cons:
- Lengthy setup process
- No programmable modes
- Poor video quality

Poor image quality
Circular artifacts show up on the right side of the image likely due to an internal reflection. They go away when in night mode. Image quality was very poor due to this effect.

Quiet good
It is easy to install. Image could be better and so do the áudio. But it helps to see whats is going on in house When i m not there.

An exercise in frustration
The set-up seemed to go very smoothly. But then it proved impossible to log in to the D-Link website account to view the video remotely. Every time I tried the error message said the email/password was incorrect though I knew it was not.

Great image quality, app and cloud services need a lot of work on Dlink's part
Where do I begin. The camera itself is fabulous...great resolution day or night. The iphone and ipad app are ok but be warned, if you are using this as a baby monitor and regularly lock screen your device, you will have to enter your username and password each time you want to view.

I bought this camera to be able to monitor the main floor, waiting area and work areas at my shop and am finding myself having to call Dlink support at least a couple of times a week for troubleshooting and support. Each phone call ends up being at least an hour and sometimes nothing gets solved.

Great features. but with conditions
I have to give up 780p images back to normal low def due to high def will freeze my home internet upload bandwidth, it will make my network useless.<br />MP4 compression is still not good enough for upload speed cap at 1.5 Mbps connections.
Pros:
- Easy To Set Up
- Easy to Use
- Quality Construction
Cons:
- Inefficient
- Require High Upload Speed

Poor Product
If you are going to use a wireless router, avoid this product.
Pros:
- HD Quality and works good with Ethernet Cable
Cons:
- Will connect with wireless router Tried multiple routers and still the same situation
- Always loading , never connecting.

Good product for price and ease of use.
Purchased two at the same time. First one was an easy install except had to broadcast my router name and the wireless antenna limited how far from the router I could place the camera. Second camera had video issues which after multiple setup tries were never resolved.
Pros:
- Picture and sound good
- Easy to use once setup completed
Cons:
- Wireless must be broadcasting else network can't be located and no manual override
