Not for critical applications

Firmware is incredibly buggy, and certain combinations of configuration options cause instability that requires a reset to factory. D-Link has not released any firmware updates in the 18 months since it was released.

Has standard antenna jacks; Works reasonably well in a single-AP application

Not compatible with WDS in any other model, including from D-Link; You can only use this in WDS with another DAP2360; Pre-sales at D-Link even told me that it would work in a WDS environment with a DWL-3200AP

Perfect AP/Bridge for commercial or wide-area residential

Dlink's AirPremier N PoE AP/Bridge replaces an older model 3200AP, which was a fantastic access point all on its own. Both are completely compatible with the other. Basic differences and likely the reason for price difference is that the current model does not come with the PoE adapter.
