D-Link Boxee Box DSM-380 review
The Boxee is a network media player done right with one or two caveats. In contrast to the rough efforts of many if its competitors D-Link has built a great-looking device that provides an elegant experience for both local and internet media playback.
Pros:
- Plays everything smooth interface excellent library features excellent remote
Cons:
- It can be very slow to load libraries and apps

Great product easy to use, great for streaming films tv from almost any site. Needs a few bug fixes with small things but nothing that effects its everyday use

Unexpected problem with Boxee Box Player
After viewing the reviews of the product and other similar products on UTube I felt that I had chosen a very good product, Initially the boxee Player installed and connected as expected to the local WIFi and I was able to view internet channels and display videos that I had deposited on Cloudee.

Great Way To See Internet On TV
Good way to view RSS feeds and youtube videos on my flat screen TV. Great way to see HD videos such as Vimeo and other HD. Also good way to view videos stored on my computer. However too slow to view large high quality DSLR images via a wifi connection.

D-Link DSM-380 Boxee Box HD Media Player
Plays lots of video formats, interface is pretty slick Rapidly forward only does 30 seconds at time. Iow, unusable.Couldn't even login on initial power on, had to flash firmware for that (networking was working but the software thought it wasn't.
