Replaced a laptop HD and get 6 times speed improvement for every type of disk operation. Time to boot to a useable desktop with Win 8.1 is 6 seconds instead of 36 seconds. Copy gigabytes of files is 6 times faster, open applications is 6 times faster.
Recently purchased three BRIX and NUC systems requiring MSATA drives. Liked the first Crucial M500 as boot disk, so bought two more for the other systems. Great price/performance ratio. No issues.
Easy To Install; Fast; Highly Compatible; Quiet; Reliable
Fast, lightweight, the 480gb version seems to hit the sweet spot between price and capacity. I use mine as a portable drive (without a case) which I plug into a SIIG mini-doc. (I do had a case for transport to protect the drive in my briefcase).
Fast; Highly Compatible; Quiet
Expensive
This is definitely a decent SSD, and will be a HUGE upgrade to your system compared to any normal hard drive. However, if I was buying an SSD I'd have to get a really good deal on this to buy it instead of a Samsung 840 EVO.
Pretty fast; cheap
Not the fastest
Incredible performance. I plugged this into my Ultrabook which now just flies along on Windows 8. The transfer speeds are incredible and the laptop boots up in under 10 seconds.
Bought this drive for a new Z97 i5 Windows 7PC I was building. Wow - windows boots in no time, login is immediate - no waiting for anything. I haven't benchmarked it yet, but so easy to install and so fast compared to a HDD. If 120GB is big enough for you I don't think you'll be disappointed.
This drive is running and performs well. With nothing on it, here are tested speeds from Crystal Disk Mark. It's formatted as GPT. It's around 223 GB formatted. All tests are 9 passes @ 4000MB.
Cheap - Got it for 79.99 Fairly fast for the price Lightweight and thin

I bought this to replace the storage on a Lenovo x301 I inherited from work. I did get an OS on it, but the system is ridiculously unreliable, constant blue-screens. It may be a great drive for other purposes, but if you are trying to use this to replace a MicroSATA drive with an adapter, I would...
My Macbook pro 2010 was in need of an update. After putting this in, I'm pleased with how quickly the computer and programs boot up. It wasn't what I wanted at first, I was looking at an even faster Crucial product, but this was on-sale so I gave it a try. Glad I did!
