i order this very expensive one to replace the previous magenta cartridge which never worked correctly. the rating is for the previous cartride. i sent in a complaint and have not heard back

Very easy to install with no mess or smudges. And, works immediately and tirelessly through the estimated (or maybe more - can't remember how long it has been since the last cartridge was replaced)number of pages have been printed...I wish all replacements were as dependable as this item!
