Rock Solid!
I am using two of these switches in an auditorium venue. One is a redundant network for the other. These switches are able to handle 90+ channels of audio, two video switches, a video hub, three PTZ cameras, video over Cat5e, wireless lighting control, and wireless audio control.

This is a great on the SMB switch. CISCO products are always good.

In one work; Brilliant.
This is an excellent mid level cisco product. the features make for very easy implementation of network devices. I bought these for use on a shared data VOIP network and i do not regret the purchase.

New - But loving it
easy to configure Trunking options. Awesome value for a cisco unit NiB. It even has Layer 3 switching which I have working except the default gateway, just need to figure out the syntex for programming static routes. I didn't give it all 5's acause I haven't had it long enough.

Recent purchase
This product has the ability to be a great low end managed switch. If Linksys would stepup and fix/enable some of the other advanced features it would be great. I would not buy one of these until new firmware is released.
Pros:
- Has tons of features for the price
- Web admin is decent, but doesn't support https
Cons:
- All features aren't available from the command line
- Which includes most of the advanced features(vlans)
- Firmware hasn't been updated since October 2005
- Manual is little to no help
- Live chat support from Linksys has been somewhat helpful
