This is a very nice upgrade from the 7921 phone. The sound quality is better and the buttons have a better tactile feel.

Awesome phone

I use this phone at work and it's very easy to use to make calls and check messages. It's not hard to learn how it works and get started. I am brand new to this phone myself and once I was able to learn how access my voice mail and got password the rest was easy.
