Easy to assemble. Tripod is sturdy enough given the price. It vibrates a little bit after making adjustments but it settles down pretty fast. Equatorial Mount works great for tracking objects .

I bought this as a second scope to use when I didn't want the hassle of setting up my NexStar 8SE Celestron NexStar 8 SE Computerised Telescope . For the price, it's a great little telescope but has some downsides, which is why I can only give it 3 stars.

Set up was really quick and I can see features of the moon without any problem. This time of the year, I can only see saturn of all the naked eye planets and it's quite a beauty! ring is easily visible which is what i was hoping for.
