Movie tie-in games have a long lived reputation; more often than not, they're mediocre or bad. So even when I tried to go into Cars 3: Driven to Win with an open mind, I wasn't exactly surprised when I found an uneven, unpolished, mediocre game.

despite the lack of online and story Cars 3 driven to win is still a fun game but its recommended for kids mostly keep that in mind sound isn't the best but its ok honestly the graphics aren't as great as p4 and xbox one but that's bc the switch wasn't powerfull since this is just a port of wii u...

Cars 3 for Wii U -has NO motion controllers function... So, a wheel controller can not be used. Mario 8 - HAS. My kids are adepts to wheel-controller. I'm disappointed with that.

Nintendo systems often get tie-ins for popular family movies, fleshing out the multi-platform offerings that are available. It's absolutely understandable considering the fact that young audiences do get drawn to Nintendo hardware, and that's continuing with the Switch.

It has a lot of content and is fun to play, but it's one for the fans, really.

My 8 year old son loves this game. We've spent many hours playing the earlier PS3 Cars 2 version. This adds some new life to a great kid friendly game in the Nintendo Switch format.

If you're looking for something to entertain your kids or you're a massive fan of the Cars' franchise, then this is probably for you. If you're a big fan of racing games in general and especially games on the other systems out there, you will probably be dissatisfied with this game.

Despite what seems like a sincere attempt at trying to stray away from the typical licensed game pitfalls at first, Cars 3: Driven to Win strays off course almost immediately and winds up just another disappointing movie tie-in.
