Canon PowerShot SX210 IS review
We like the fact that the shutter and aperture controls can be easily changed when in manual mode. If the PowerShot SX210’s features appeal to your specification wishlist, don’t let the design dissuade you from considering it.

Canon PowerShot SX210 IS Review
There are plenty of reasons to justify spending an extra $20 on the PowerShot SX210 over the SX200. If you're shooting in great conditions, you won't have a problem snapping clean shots at the top end of the camera's generous 14x zoom range.
Pros:
- Good quality images
- HD video allows zoom
- Versatile lens
Cons:
- Some overexposure
- Noise at ISO 400

Canon Powershot SX210 Digital Camera Review
The compact super-zoom market has, seemingly, stagnated over recent years. With the inclusion of feature such as GPS taking the focus away from what should be the main agenda, image quality, improvements in this area have been few and far between, with new iterations in many company lines treading...

Canon Powershot SX210 Digital Camera Review
For its market, the PowerShot SX210 IS does a good job of meeting what most people want from their super-zoom compacts. It produces consistent images in its automatic setting and the results straight out of camera should look pleasing in a 6x4 print.

Canon PowerShot SX210 IS review
A tiny camera with huge zoom. Not the most exciting compact otherwise, though

Canon Power Shot SX210IS
Canon has two styles of cameras in their pocket range the really small Ixus range and the slightly larger PowerShots. Here the latest PowerShot that is still small and sleek while offering more in optical zoom and other features.

Canon PowerShot SX210 IS
The $349.99, 14.1-megapixel PowerShot SX210 IS packs 14x zoom into a body that's just 1.25 inches thick-you won't find a camera this thin that offers more zoom than the SX210's 392mm.
Pros:
- Sharp images
- 14x optical zoom
- 3-inch LCD is easily viewable in direct sunlight, and shows virtually no motion blur
- Well-designed interface
- Mini-HDMI port
- Stereo audio recording in video mode
Cons:
- Images show noticeable color fringing
- Not suited for low light shooting without a flash
- LCD's 16:9 aspect ratio means black bars around 4:3 images
