Great camera
I love this camera and everything it has to offer. The only thing that I would say is that it is a little slow (like most point and shoots) to perform the final focus and shoot. I am an DSLR shooter and used to the instant response of click to shutter, and would expect similar response, half click...
Pros:
- Reliable
- Durable
- Superior build quality
- Easy to use

Canon PowerShot S110
Canon's PowerShot S110 is a relatively minor update to the PowerShot S100 with a slightly redesigned body plus the addition of a touch screen monitor and Wi-Fi connectivity. The sensor resolution is unchanged at 12.1 megapixels but ISO settings have been boosted up to 12800 and the new camera costs...
Pros:
- You want a camera that can record raw files
- which is small enough to fit in a shirt pocket
- You'd like the ability to shoot Full HD (1080p) video clips

- You have large hands or fingers or limited dexterity, You need fast cycle times for processing shots, You need a powerful flash
- Don't buy this camera if, You have large hands or fingers or limited dexterity, You need fast cycle times for processing shots, You need a powerful flash

Compact system cameras such as the Sony Alpha NEX-6 may hog the limelight, but there's still life in conventional premium compact designs. These cameras' sensors are smaller than those used in CSCs, and they don't have interchangeable lenses, but they make up for it by packing in a lot of...

A solid upgrade over the S100
The Canon Powershot S110 brings some key performance improvements as well as the touchscreen which makes this 4th generation S series camera probably the best yet. Image quality remains decent on this camera but overall, about the same as last year in terms of ISO performance.
