Very Good Pictures for a beginner

For me this camera had a steep learning curve, but I am new to digital photography. Had to download the entire manual and print it to get a grasp of the many buttons and features, and it has many. I am totally satisfied after getting the hang of it.

Digital and optical zoom; Inexpensive; Light Weight; Sharp pictures

Need User Manual; User Manual 109 Pages; User Manual Only Online

Disappointing!

I had a major issue with this camera. I have had it for less than a month now and the screen suddenly went black as if it is dead. I can not take pictures but I can still turn the camera on and off, the other screen functions are OK but the camera will not take any pictures since the screen is...

A Good Deal

This is a Nice little travel camera, works well to slip into a pocket when you are on the go. Takes good pictures, Love the HD video (720). A good set of controls to let you change the settings to get the shot. Overall this is a Nice little Camera.

Canon PowerShot A2500

Launched in January 2013, the Canon PowerShot A2500 is a 16 Megapixel compact with a 2.7in screen and a 5x optical zoom. As with the rest of the 2013 A series models the A2600 retains the 28-140mm zoom range, the 16 Megapixel CCD sensor and Digic 4 processor of the 2012 range.

5x optical zoom that works in movie mode; Eco mode extends battery life; Low price

Little that's new compared with predecesor; Poor high ISO noise performance; No built-in Wifi or GPS; Lengthy shooting mode menu

I am a professional Photographer and I am strictly a Canon person and thought I would get my Fiance' a lil camera to put in her purse and have to snap some photos so I would not have to lug around all my crap and this was a great purchase as it takes great photos and it is very small and compact and...

Pretty good!

The camera arrived in great condition, it functions as it's suppose to. It's your typical point and shoot camera! Great for anyone who isn't too good with electronics!

No USB cord with camera

This camera didn't come with a USB cord to download pictures. I had to buy an SD card reader. Inexpensive point and shoot camera.

Perfect Point-and-Shoot Camera

I received the Canon PowerShot A2500 as a gift for Christmas, because my gift giver knew I was bumme

Good quality; Simple features and very user friendly; Simple flash toggle.

My only complaint is that the camera doesn't come with a USB cord
