Canon Pixma Pro-10: Professional-quality photo prints, right on your desk

The Canon Pixma Pro-10 is a printer aimed at professionals and dedicated enthusiasts who value beautiful photographic prints and want to make them themselves. Sending your prints out to a pro lab will probably cost less and give you more options (like very large prints).

Drivers do not work with Mac

After 1 day of my printer working, I received a "filter failed" error. I tried everything imaginable to fix the printer. I called Canon customer support, and they were unable to resolve the problem. Basically, Canon's drivers do not work with Mac OS. Unbelievable.

Great results when used with Print Studio Pro

I've seen this model demonstrated a few times at Photo shows and was always amazed at the results. The price was a bit steep for me being just an enthusiast photographer. Then a great deal was to be had on a Black Friday event so I took the plunge. Am I pleased I did.

Exceptional photo quality. The print on matte paper is very restrained. Matte black is only used when FineArt paper is selected, which also requires high and low margins of 30mm. When selecting a Matte Photo Paper (MP101), no margin is imposed, but the black photo ink is used and the result is faded...
