Canon PIXMA iP100

Designed for portability, Canon's PIXMA iP100 printer promises to produce 'photo lab quality prints', although its specifications are more attuned to office printing. It's a four-colour printer with separate cartridges for black pigment ink and dye-based colour inks (cyan, magenta and yellow plus a...

LOVE!!!

This is a fabulous little unit. I take it when I travel and it interfaces with both my little travel laptop as well as my Macbook Pro. It isn't megafast, but certainly quick enough for my needs when I'm away from home, e.g. letters, reports, boarding passes, coupons.

Great portable Printer

I do a lot of travelling for business and have to have a printer with me. Printer is lightweight and prints nicely for my needs and with the bluetooth adapter makes it a wireless printer.

Great Printing in a Portable Package

This is a terrific portable printer. I use it in my office to print documents as the only network printer is far away and often busy. It is very fast and gives professional looking documents and photos every time.

Excellent Portable Printer

Haven't had it long enough to comment on ink consumption, but the ink is pricier that the i-80 ink tanks. The i-80 was a good portable printer and very compact. This printer seems like a monster in comparision, but still easily fits in my backpack and, as far as printing goes, it is superior in...

Accurate Colors; Easy Setup; Easy setup on Mac PC; Easy To Use; Fast printing; Fast Print Time; Great Contrast; Great Overall Quality; Improved on i-80; Reliable; Sharp Tones & Colors

Bulkier than i-80; Large Footprint; Pricey Ink Replacement

A definite choice if you are on the move or if space is a premium

The Cannon Pixma iP100 is a great little printer which I would highly recommend if you are looking for a good portable printer, or if you live/work somewhere where space is a premium.

"Small and Handy iP1000"

I brought this printer in order to replace my old Canon S-400 printer which was broken for the reason that it is the cheapest Canon printer available in store. On the one hand, the printer is easy to install and easy to use .

easy to use; small; light weight; good quality

Noisy; high supply cost in the long run; poor design

Canon PIXMA iP100 Photo Printer (15 PPM, 9600x2400 DPI, Color, PC/Mac)

This is a great little printer (emphasis on LITTLE!). I bought this to take with me on a trip and it performed exactly as I had hoped (USB printer that is small and compact). It prints relatively fast and does color. The replacement ink is relatively inexpensive.

Small; color; relatively quiet.

A little heavy for the size; Power and USB connectors on opposite sides (for me that means more clutter with cables on the desk
