Purchased this projector for use in worship services - so reasonably bright ambient lighting, but not in direct sunlight. Lumens and sharpness are very good. Product worked right out of the box. We are throwing a 120" diagonal image from about 14 feet away from the screen.
Great quality, clear picture, a little difficult to mount, but worth the price. Remote distance is not very far if mounting up high.

We just bought this projector and right out of the box I can tell you it is great. The only problem we have found is that we were spoiled by our previous Canon project because it had every connection I believe possible for the time I bought it, around 2003.
