This is my first DSLR mirrorless camera, and so far I love it, because it's light and small. The best of all it takes great pictures

Priced around Rs 62,000 with the basic lens, the Canon EOS M50 is a great option for those who want the versatility of the DSLR with the portability of a compact camera. In fact, this is one camera that has got me thinking if I should upgrade.

The Canon EOS M50 may be the newest entry level camera in the M lineup for Canon, but it's already the most advanced. The EOS M50 is only the second EOS M model to have an electronic viewfinder; it's the first to shoot 4K video; and it's being sold at a pretty competitive price. This could be the EOS M camera where Canon has finally got the balance right.

While the M50 is a solid little camera for the price, Canon has effectively set the bar for future DSLR and mirrorless camera offerings. Going forward, Canon can no longer justify the release of a DSLR or mirrorless camera without 4K video capture.
