To be honest, I regret not being able to review the Canon 6D for almost two years since it was released. It is a wonderful camera with superb image quality and a good balance of features.
Manufacturer: Canon
To be honest, I regret not being able to review the Canon 6D for almost two years since it was released. It is a wonderful camera with superb image quality and a good balance of features.
I purchased this armband with my new iPod (7th gen). After several runs (including 3 over 20km) I found the following: I found it very hard to see the screen and make any selections from the screen while running as the clear plastic/screen cover isn't very responsive, and it is a bad angle to view...
The Canon EOS 6D is an excellent camera for Canon DSLR users who want to step up to a full-frame camera without spending $3500 for the 5D Mark III . This camera combines some of the best Canon technology and features from its surrounding siblings like the 60D and the 5D Mark III and adds Wi-Fi and...
Excellent image quality; Great low light/high ISO capabilities; Full-frame shooting at an "affordable" price; Built-in WiFi and GPS; Good performance overall; Sophisticated feature set for the price
No built-in flash, Single SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot (vs; Nikon D600's dual card slot, Slightly soft images on default settings (depending on lens used
I have owned plenty of Cameras in my life and this full-frame DSLR is simply awesome!! No camera below this price point can touch the 6D. Buy and you'll not regret it. Buy high end lens filters. Do not buy the ones that are cheap. You're only as strong as the weakest component.
Easy To Use; Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus; Fast Shutter Speed; Good Image Quality; Good Image Stabilization; High ISO Performance; Large Clear LCD; Quiet
No swivel lcd
Very good Product. worth it
I moved up from a 5d and a 7d to the 6d. Just took it on vacation and the first 1000 shots look great. very impressed by the high iso shots. There was no problem with the focus, no real action shots yet. The colors look very good, I shoot raw with small jpg. The auto color balance is much improved.
After Nikon introduced their "budget full frame DSLR", the Nikon D600, Canon promptly followed suite by announcing the Canon 6D, their much cheaper full frame alternative. The camera, however, received some underwhelming response as it looked inferior to not just the existing Canon cameras (even the...
Solid build; Built-in Wi-Fi and GPS; Extremely light
Using the jog dial is uncomfortable for moving the focus points; 11-point AF system feels archaic with only one cross type point and relatively small frame coverage; Single SD card slot
While not cheap ($2099 body only; $2699 with the EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM kit lens) it represents a new class of camera that we will see more and more of-full-framers at let's say a more "reasonable" price that will open the joys of higher image quality to more shooters.
In our opinion, Canon has hit the target he set for himself: to create a professional SLR accessible for cost and method of use to user's enthusiasts. Of course, we are not at the levels of a Mark III and even a Mark II.
Contrast; Sharpness; Detail and excellent color; Focus on fast-3EV point center cross; DIGIC 5 processor; Wi-Fi and GPS; 1080p video at 30fps good quality
Only 11 points of focus therefore not very suitable for sports photography; a single slot for memory cards
After being a camera repairer for 16 years and always enjoyed using full frame film cameras I find the 6D a great asset with no longer having to purchase films and getting then processed. I love it and hope to take many great shots with it.
It's easy to use and the images are very sharp
Have not found anything as yet; not even having no flash inbuilt
