I had been shopping around for a replacement camera for my old Canon Rebel when I came across the President's Day Sale on Overstock. This camera package was one of the features that was on sale, and I just couldn't beat the value.

Amazing camera at nice price.
the camera is amazing specially at this price, the lens included is basic lens, not very fast one but good for start. Only con is the documentation and manuals, they all were in Japanese so I had to download pdf's from website.

Significant upgrade from Canon Rebel
Complete control from let the camera do everything to you control everything - even post processing. All the features - including movie taking - are intimidating at first but are learned easily if you take it one at a time.
