Although this is a great camera and takes breath taking pictures, I did have one problem after 2 months of having this camera. I had a pixel burn out on it to where it showed a black spot in every picture. Luckily it is still under warranty to get it fixed because it has to do with the CMOS.

This camera is fantastic. It's our first one like this and we cant put it down! We use it mostly to take pics of birds at the feeders or our dog. Its great for action shots!

I've only had this camera for 2 weeks and already I love it. The bundle is great. I'm saving up for the 500mm lens to attach some day but for now, the 300mm is really great. I did a lot of research before I bought this.

I bought the camera because my old point and shoot just wasn't cutting it anymore and I wanted something much better. It takes wonderful photos and really have no complaints thus far. I've never owned a Canon before, but based on what I have now, I would buy again.

Although the 1100D sits firmly at the bottom of Canon DSLR range, it's still capable of knocking out well exposed, nicely saturated pics with no bother. The body feels small and light with a solid grip, but it's very plasticky and certainly not a rugged piece of kit – a lack of weather sealing means...
