Upgraded
So year after year I buy a more expensive camera than the last one, hoping to get the performance I truly wanted at a price I could afford. I spoke with a Representative at another major retailer, because I felt like Best Buy wasn't truly recommending what I wanted.- Easy to use
- good value
- it doesn't come with an SD card
I've had it for a day and I love it. Its a great base camera, I plan on buying bigger lenses in the future because this one is quite minimal.
Great camera for the price
This camera is a Great value for the price. The only downfall is that this camera has no self cleaning, which isn't a huge deal.overall recommended to anyone looking for a quality entry level DSLR.

- Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus
- Fast Shutter Speed
- Good Image Quality
- Good Image Stabilization
- High ISO Performance
- Large Clear LCD
- Quiet
- Tilt /Swivel LCD
We purchased this camera for our teenage daughter who wanted to move beyond a point and shoot camera. Purchasing a DSLR camera can be a daunting experience, but the staff at Henry's (Orleans) were amazing.
1100% brilliant :D
i bought this camera using money i had been given as graduation present, im new to the world of slr but thats ok because stick it on auto and away you go, and as i get more used to it i can start exploring the manual settings... cant wait!
little to get used to .once you get the base of it you be very happy
nice camera- at low light can be a handful- a little twitting and pictures come to life. the lens are a little pricey .canon has the best lens out there. setting can take a bit to get used to. as a starter, this camera works for me. a big update to my last camera.
Amazing!
This camera isn't very sensitive to shaking, which is good because my hands are the exact opposite of steady! Both lenses perform brilliantly and battery life is pretty good. And it's a good price for amateur photographers/film makers!
Our 1st DSLR camera
you'll need to get a tripod, and a IS lens of at least 250mm, to see any decent craters or pop marks on the surface :)- Awesome quality
- that the videos even lag out my 7 year old tower :3
- not really a con
- but for those looking to take moon shots
