Canon CanoScan LiDE110 Flatbed Scanner
This is one of the best models out there if you just want a fairly basic scanner that is easy to use without a lot of complex options. You don't get the best picture quality possible with this one, but it's still pretty good.

Canon CanoScan LiDE 110 Color Image Scanner Review
The Canon CanoScan LiDE 110 Color Image Scanner is aimed at people who want to scan photographic prints without paying extra for a film scanning feature they don't need. The Canon CanoScan LiDE110 Color Image Scanner ($59.99 direct) stands out from the crowd for one simple reason. It's hard to find another flatbed photo scanner today that doesn't include film scanning. If the only photos you want to scan are prints, that can be a problem, because adding the ability to scan film adds cost as well. Fortunately, it works the other way too. Leaving the film scan feature out translates to a lower price. As I pointed out when I reviewed the Canon CanoScan LiDE 100 ($59.99, 4 stars) that the LiDE 110 replaces in Canon's line, this can make the scanner an all but irresistible bargain. It's also an easy pick for Editors' Choice. The LiDE 110 offers most of the same features as the LiDE 100, including 2400 pixel per inch (ppi) optical resolution and reasonably high scan quality. It doesn't come with much software, but the included MP Navigator EX scan utility offers limited photo enhancement and photo album features along with built-in optical character r...

A great flatbed scanner with good price to quality ratio, obviously well built and compact. You can't beat Canon on printers, cameras and scanners.

Fast Scanner for the price
This scanner does it job, takes about 8 seconds to scan color for a 300 dpi image. Good for scanning documents, not the best for Photos. It did not work with my PaperPort 12, but I found alternative ways.
Pros:
- No need for a Outlet this scanner is powered by USB
- Fast scanning
Cons:
- Software is a little weak
- buttons not very customizable

Easy to use
This printer is fairly light and the only connection it requires is a USB cable. It has a short warm up period, makes crisp copies with true color reproduction.
