I only bought this for Modern Warfare Remastered

But I was shocked at how much I enjoyed the campaign on this game as well. On PS4 Pro it runs silky smooth in 4K and looks awesome. The campaign is one of the most varied in the history of the series too. A very pleasant surprise and a thorough recommendation.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare review

Toby B straps into his Jackal for Infinite Warfare, Infinity Ward's first crack at the Call of Duty franchise since 2013's Ghosts.

Enjoyable campaign; Space dogfights are excellent; Side missions are a welcomed addition; Multiplayer is still as fun as ever; Zombies is great

Campaign's story is extremely shallow; No real innovation when it comes to new modes, features, and gameplay systems; Multiplayer doesn't see much of a facelift from Black Ops 3; The micro-transaction system is worrying

"Pretty Fun"

Fun game to play with friends or by yourself. Lots of people hated this before it even came out just because they jumped on the bandwagon but honestly you have to play before you make any judgments. Zombies in this game is super sick as well. For the price this is at it is a complete bargain.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Review

I'm really glad I'm writing this review a week after Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has been released. As more game developers send review copies within only 24 hours of launch there's a much tighter time, resulting in a need for a speedy verdict.

A story you won't regret spending time on; Great use of future weapons and gadgets; Outstanding production values; 80s-inspired zombie mode is a perfect palate cleanser

New multiplayer modes are underwhelming

As far as my original idea above of the different eras of Call of Duty, Infinite Warfare isn't the best, that's probably still Advanced Warfare. It is a very close second though, filled with memorable characters, and some interesting new ideas that don't always work out, but are at least ambitious.

Very happy

It was ship on time and it works perfect. It would be Awesome if you have a 4k tv and does habe a little bit of a better picture with regular tv but load times are not much different the ps4,ps4 slim . It does seem the system does download games a little faster though

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare: "Consistent and exciting, albeit without any overtly outstanding moments"

It's not quite a complete reinvention for the series but Infinite Warfare makes some refreshing changes to deliver a confident and exciting shooter.

Interesting tone gives the story more weight, A well-crafted and believable sci-fi world; see the solar system, shoot it, The open mission structure and Jackal space fights add great variety and freedom

Occasional mid-battle 'this is just COD again' epiphanies

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Review – Grounded in Space (PS4)

There may not be Kevin Spacey, but Infinite Warfare is more spacey than any Call of Duty before. And yet, it is also one of the most grounded campaigns, clearly having been inspired by the likes of war films such as Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers, which, yes, I know is technically not a...

Grounded campaign tells an incredible war story; Sound design is incredible all around; Space combat feels amazingly natural and fun; The Hoff

Multiplayer and Zombies just tweaked copies of Black Ops 3; lacks an Infinity Ward flair, Poor map design and bad spawns mean getting shot in the back a lot, Weapon variants and microtransactions start bordering on pay-to-win advantages

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Review – PS4

There are dangers both distinct and obvious to annualized games like Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, and any sport franchise, but of these only Ubisoft has come to an understanding with these dangers and opted for a more quality-focused approach.

"We are star stuff which has taken its destiny into its own hands"- Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare review

One of the things that typifies a Call of Duty game is the fact that it's really three games on one disk, each of them a fully realized experience that could almost be a release all on its own.

Campaign is a tight blend of narrative exposition and well executed set pieces; Excellent level design and variety in gameplay; Zombies map full of quirky fun areas and hidden features

Player progression schemes seem overly complex in multiplayer mode; Ability to purchase supply drops with real money might give unfair advantages
